Hats off to Terry and staff for once again making this a most pleasureable stay! They were able to accomodate me at the last moment and also redeem my points for a FREE ROOM although the Customer Service/Reservation OFFICE told me they had NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! Way to go North Sac! You are by far a prime example of what it means to go ABOVE & BEYOND in this day and age. Great phone service, easy check in, we got a smoking room with exactly what we needed. When we discovered there was no refrigerator, security brought one up right away. We got a late check out, used the pool and really enjoyed the seating area in the room. All service was excellent and there is plenty of parking. Stores and entertainment are everywhere too. In and Out right outside the parking lot. We will definitely stay here again!

We stay at La Quinta hotels most of the time. This is one of the older units and needs a lot of upgrades as it appears to run down somewhat. The room was clean and had microwave and refrigerator. The AC unit was VERY loud and cycled about every 10 minutes. We were very disappointed in the breakfast they offered. Very minimal compared to the other La Quinta's we've stayed at. We had our dog with us and they do not charge extra for dogs. The price was appropriate for the condition of this hotel.

Came to Sacramento to watch an NBA game, stayed at LaQuinta, room was clean, spacious, breakfast delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Thank you for the hospitality

Pros: The price was good. I got a weekly rate for seven nights, which cut the cost a little. Cons: The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Although there was a flat-screen T.V. and the bed was adequate, the room looked quite old. The bathroom, especially needed updating. Other: I don't recommend this hotel if you are female and travelling alone. Entrance to the hotel rooms is outside and it just doesn't feel very safe. I would recommend a hotel where access to the rooms is inside the hotel. Also, I had trouble with the room keys deactivating very easily. This happened because they were in my purse with my cell phone. Two times I had to walk to the front desk in the lobby after climbing three floors to my room only to find out that my key would not open my room because my cell phone had deactivated it. After that, I had to keep my room key in a separate place other than my purse which wasn't very convenient.
