It was a pleasure to stay at such a nice hotel and be able to have our 2 small dogs. The employs were all very helpful, and the breakfast was very clean and nice. the room was very clean and in our week of traveling was the best night sleep we had and most comfortable I love the desk and chair for my computer.
We arrived at the hotel to find that I had booked for the wrong date - I booked for the night before. On a 3 week long road trip, it's sometimes hard to keep track of dates. But no worries, the friendly woman at the front desk just comped us the room for the night we actually wanted to stay! Needless to say, awesome service.
Hotel is a few miles out of actual Lexington but is a short car trip into downtown. Quiet location, clean and modern hotel, cookies and lemon water in the lobby. Breakfast had a great selection with name-brand products. All in all, great experience.
Enjoyed my stay here. Great service, room as expected, delicious breakfast in the morning. In, out and on my way with no stress caused by a hotel stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did think the room could use some spring cleaning- there was a little dirt around the baseboards and some normal wear and tear spots needed repairing. But this was nothing that ruined our stay- it was merely caught by my discerning eye.
moving my daughter from ohio to georgia, stayed 1 night, was able to make reservation over the phone on the road, went with this one because of other tripadvisors, room clean, staff very friendly and helpful, heater did not work in room and I am sure they would have moved us, but we were all so tired that we didn't care, bkfast was good, room clean and quite,pool/spa great and they take pets, easy to get to from the interstate, but far enough away did not hear it.
The staff was wonderful. Our room was very clean and fairly quiet, however it was a little smaller than normal. We had two queen beds and the efficient furniture arrangement works for two people, however a family of four would constantly be in each others way. Cookies in the lobby are a nice touch and greatly appreciated after dinner. You best dining options are about 5 miles away on Man O War Blvd. Our only complaint was not being able to get a non smoking room on the top floor despite booking 9 months in advance for a mid week 3 nite stay. It can get noisy when a heavy walker makes their way home from the Spearmint Rhino at 3:am
