A La Quinta traveler |
The location next to the I 5 makes this location convenient but very noisy especially if you get allocated a room on the highway side of the building. Particularly bad if you get a corner room on the highway side because then you have an industrial building next door plus construction which adds to the already constant noise. The parking situation is also aggravated by the construction and access to the industrial site.
The room wasn't clean with stains on the carpet and it was in need of a good vacuuming. Not cleaned under the bathroom sink. In summary this place needs work and quality control.
Beautiful hotel, quiet, well located. Staff very friendly. Quick check in. Rooms are clean, and comfortable. The small refrigerator was handy. Indoor pool is small. Towels are a little thin, and the breakfast is limited, but the waffles are good!
Everything was above expectations. Best price we have ever paid for such a clean brand new hotel, $72 after taxs for 2 queen beds and a play pen. The full breakfast was amazing! I can see why they have such a high customer rating. The only small gripe I have is the water pipes are in the walls right where the headboard is... we will be staying here again if we need a room close by.
When you think of Vancouver, you usually picture Canada. This La Quinta is located in the relaxing town of Vancouver, Washington. Beautiful pine trees are everywhere, the air is crisp and clean, and the people are friendly and polite. (you can't say that about CA)
This is a very nice hotel which is also very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous, too. La Quinta hotels have always had a very good reputation anyway
. I would definitely stay here again. Washington State is a wonder in itself. Just goregous. You are allowed to pump your own gas(unlike in Oregon where it is against the law!) A lot of things in Oregon are strange, but that's another review.
This is our third time staying at this hotel and will definitely consider it for future stay. Its location is very convenient because of its proximity to I-5. Lots of choices to eat around the area. There is a Target and some other shops nearby to. If you're sensitive to noise, ask for a room facing away from the freeway. Breakfast is quite adequate.
