A La Quinta traveler |
My stay was great and I will be staying there more as the company I work for has accounts next to you. The only issue I have being new to that area is your company needs a lighted sign for night travelers or something out by Eaton to show where you are located. The La Quinta Inn is positioned back off of the road and behind another building.
In town for sports event. Traveling with hubby and 3 kids. Great, above the norm, breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub were hit with kids too. Rooms were clean. Beds were super comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.
There are a lot of reasons to stay at a La Quinta Inn. Their pet-friendly policy and relatively cheaper room rates are the things that attract us. But, you always have to investigate the specific property because the quality varies. We had an excellent experience with this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again, or to recommend it to others who may be in the area.
The rooms are excellent -- well decorated, clean, and quiet. We find La Quinta's beds to be comfortable (YMMV). The breakfast is several notches above what you usually find at this chain with hot foods, like eggs and bacon, in addition to the usual Danish and cereal. The manager told us this was property-specific and the better breakfast usually indicated it was a franchise rather than a corporately-owned property. (I thought they were all franchises, but apparently not.) The prices was under $100 even with tax included for a king bed.
Access from the interstate is very easy. It's between two exits on the access road, so if you're coming east on I-30, you have to exit, cross over, and then go west on the access road. Parking is great. There are restaurants nearby but they require driving.
Stayed at this La Quinta while visiting the area to attend a funeral. This location agrees to have pets stay with guest which made our unplanned trip more manageable. Excellent accommodations and a very good breakfast included in room rate. JB
This hotel was terrific, and you can't beat it for the price. Everything was super clean, nice, neat, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and pristine. No stains on the carpets, bathroom was clean. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were wonderful.
