We use LaQuinta hotels often but had never stayed at Macon, GA. Check in was good with friendly service. Room appeared clean till you looked closer. Bathroom floor needed help especially in corners. Caulk around tub was horrid with mold. TV remote did not work needed new batteries. Clock not plugged in and cord stuck under nightstand. Moving nightstand to get cord displayed many years of dust and debris behind it. Bed was clean and comfortable but 12 inch mattress with sheets and mattress pad for a 6 inch. mattress. Came off and wrinkled all night. Bedspread was old and had lint pills all over it. Room was quiet and breakfast was ok but eating area was about 80 degrees. Attendant said thermostat did not work. We will not return.
Very convenient from the interstate. Great places to eat very close bye. Breakfast was served until 9:30. LaQuinta makes it very easy to travel with our dog and it is midway on our way from Maggie Valley to St Petersburg. The dog run area was very well maintained and clean with plenty of bags in the dispenser. Stay here, you will like it.
This was my first time staying here and I loved it. I'll be back! The staff were very nice too. I love how the hotel is close to the highway and shopping center. You will find that the rooms are clean and the amenities are on point. I felt like I was home.
I've stayed here multiple times and the service has always been great. I have many choices for that area but love the warm welcome and good service of this establishment whether I sta for business or pleasure trips/
The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. The convience for pet owners is great! The beds are way too high for a 5'5" person like me but once you get on it, the sleeping is grand. Nice and quiet too.
Good breakfast choices in a fresh, friendly atmosphere.
