A La Quinta traveler |
Night clerk was very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Wi fi was great in the room. Breakfast bar was not up to standards for an LQ inn. Breakfast room was up stairs on the 2nd floor in a corner. Not much room to eat and poorly laid out, so we ate at Bob Evans and paid for breakfast.
My wife and I decided to visit southern Maryland for a weekend getaway. The rooms were furnished nicely, included microwave and refrig (not used but nice to have). The free breakfast had an excellent selection including the now standard waffle maker but also had omelettes being prepared by the hotel staff. Our only complaint was the lack of soundproofing in the adjoining doors, we had to place a towel underneath the door to lower the sound of normal conversations from next door.
Stayed here overnight on business, was an outstanding pick. Between the great service, wonderful breakfast, and the packed lunches they leave out in the mornings, it was the best choice I could have made. The room and hallway on the first floor smelled a little of smoke, but otherwise it was clean and tidy.
This hotel was very good. The check-in process, room, workers and access to the property were all better than expected. The attendant at the from desk was professional and efficient. My room was in great condition; as a bonus I was given a suite, which consisted of a well-equiped TV/lounge room plus a full sleeping room. All rooms were well kept.
The breakfast room was well stocked, spacious and manned by pleasant and helpful worker.
In all, I highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel was excellent. The staff that greeted us were extremely friendly. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. All updated. The bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows. Everything was clean and neat. The free breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of choices including scrambled eggs and chipped beef. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Great value for the price.
