This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We have no regrets about choosing this hotel. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. the location was great. the staff was highly polite and very helpful What else can I say!
Once again had a GREAT stay at our favorite location. EVeryone was awesome as always. Overheard an upset guest wanted to just tell her to shut up and back off she was treating staff so rudely all weekend.
This is the only location we stay while in san antonio

The "housekeeping staff" were what 'appeared' to be high school boys, or drop outs..... No la Quinta distinguishing uniform, facial piercings, sideways ball caps and cam shorts... Made ya want to put the "privacy Please" sign on the door...
The "housekeeping" was NOT! We stayed 3 nights, fecal matter on toilet seat, never cleaned off, a wad of dark long hair in stuck to the shower wall (we are platinum blondes), coffee supply/condiments not replenished, beds not properly made, and long/dark hair in the beds... (not ours..)
The pool was green, and the hot tub did not work...
Have stayed at this location many times while in San Antonio and have always found it to be clean, comfortable and affordable. It is located near shopping and recreation activities and a very good value!
I was spending only one night here, I live about an hour and a half away, but did not feel like travelling due to the fact that I was spending time with a friend in San Antonio. I should have just gone back home! The pool is outdoors and is not kept up with at all. It was very dirty; leaves, bugs, a cigarette butt all were floating around. Also, the hot tub part of it didn't work at all (which would have been great because the water was extremely cold) The soda vending machine had absolutely nothing in it, every choice made it said "sold out". Walls are somewhat thin, we could hear other TV's, but it didn't make a big disturbance. They had computers there for guest use, which was nice, the breakfast was your typical cereal, yogurt, breads, etc etc. It's very easy to get back onto the highway though, and the area does have restaurants and attractions (The Rim shopping center, Fiesta Texas, Shops at La Cantera) It's on the outskirts of the San Antonio area, so there is a bit of travel if you're planning to go downtown.
