"Very nice hotel at a fair price."

Nice room was very clean, had fridge & microwave. Comfy bed, hot shower. Very friendly & helpful desk clerk. Small indoor pool area was clean. Breakfast was typical continental fare that was just fine with me. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
We stayed here for a night and it was OK, but nothing special. On the positive side the bed was OK and we could park near the room. But the breakfast was slim and there was no microwave to heat the breakfast, The clerk acted as though no one ever asked for a microwave before. There was very little fruit and mostly just low cost, junk food.
The halls smell like an old ashtray, and they are pet friendly so if you are at all allergic (like my partner) then you will be miserable here.
The room is in need of a thorough deep cleansing and is generally pretty worn. The tv is from the 90's and the shades don't do much for darkening the room.
Front desk clerk was nice enough and check in was easy.
"OK place to stay, conveniently located, but not great"

I stayed here recently on a business trip, and might stay there again as the best option, but it is disappointing compared to other LaQuintas at which I have stayed.
Positives:
The staff did a great job, particularly as I was there when a major snowstorm hit, the hotel was packed, and my guess is some staff didn't show. The woman working the next morning seemed to cover everything, and she did a great job while never looking flustered. That was impressive.
The met my unexpected need for a meeting room very well.
The location is very convenient to the interstate and to where I needed to work.
Negatives:
The property and furnishings are worn and dated, though not awful. But the place could use some updating.
The pillows are really cheap and need to be replaced. This is a biggie for a hotel or motel.
I may stay there again because it's not a bad place, but it could be much better.
We picked this hotel because it was on our way north and were extremely pleased with the nights stay. The room was very clean, quiet and even the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay again.
