A La Quinta traveler |
This motel more than met our needs and it was very affordable, clean, and friendly staff. The location was easy to get to and within walking distance of restaurants. Lots of parking was helpful. We'd stay again.
Excellent experience. I went there during my son's orientation at ISU. The hotel location is a lovely easy drive from campus. The only drawback to my stay was that the fitness machines were not working. All else was excellent.
Worst hotel and staff that I have ever stayed in. First night we stayed my husband mentioned that we were disappointed in the breakfast. (No yogurt, hard boiled eggs, stale cereal). The receptionist didn't seem to care or write down anything. Stayed there a week later breakfast hadn't improved.
However, the biggest problem was with the security. Main door to our rooms didn't lock at all and the side door to our room was held open with a stone stuck in the doorway. I doubt that the overall security at this location is adequate. If you want a better room that has better staffing go to any of the hotels on the west side of this highway.
The staff was friendly and polite. We would recommend this hotel to others.
For purposes of making a review, I am disappointed to learn that your software was NOT willing to accept "friendly, polite, would recommend" as an adequate statement!
I am very happy with the quality, service, and professional values displayed by the staff during my stay in the Bloomington-Normal La Quinta hotel. No complaints. Keep it up.
I will be a permanent patron as Lon's as I work in Bloomington, IL.
