Worst hotel and staff that I have ever stayed in. First night we stayed my husband mentioned that we were disappointed in the breakfast. (No yogurt, hard boiled eggs, stale cereal). The receptionist didn't seem to care or write down anything. Stayed there a week later breakfast hadn't improved.
However, the biggest problem was with the security. Main door to our rooms didn't lock at all and the side door to our room was held open with a stone stuck in the doorway. I doubt that the overall security at this location is adequate. If you want a better room that has better staffing go to any of the hotels on the west side of this highway.
The staff was friendly and polite. We would recommend this hotel to others.
For purposes of making a review, I am disappointed to learn that your software was NOT willing to accept "friendly, polite, would recommend" as an adequate statement!
I am very happy with the quality, service, and professional values displayed by the staff during my stay in the Bloomington-Normal La Quinta hotel. No complaints. Keep it up.

We have been on a long road trip from the Rio Grande Valley of Texas to Madison, Wisconsin. We have stayed in LaQuinta along the way and have once again, been so happy. There is nothing about this hotel that you change. It sure helps a long trip go just a little better when you feel so welcome and so well taken care of.
The room was very smelly and dirty. Ants where crawling on the sink and the bed. The bathroom is tiny with stains on the floor and tub. On the positive side, the price was very reasonable and the location is good. Cracker Barrel is within walking distance. Overall, avoid this one
