My company has a training center in Hayard. It uses La Quinta for its out of town employees.I've stayed at this La Quinta several times and always had a good experiance.The staff is friendly and helpful.I want to thank Martika at the front desk.She is aiways bright and cheerfull. She always can answer all my questions and great ideas for where to go for meals.the rooms are clean and comfortable and I always have a good stay there.
The staff was very courteous and friendly especially Martika at the front desk.....she handled a very busy lobby with nothing but proffesionalism and smiles......My room was always very clean! I also liked the location of the hotel to all the different shopping centers and the the variety of resturants in the area...
Im overly satisfied with the customer service. Tiffani@the front desk is the best&super helpful. I had a few technical difficulties in my room&maitenance was prompt and quick. Cleanliness is outstanding.I will be back. 5 stars overall
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Tiffani at the front desk is always in a good mood, helpful and attentive. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable and a good value for the quality you get. Breakfast is adequate but could use a little improvement.
Hotel was clean, staff was excellent. We had one little mechanical issue in our room and the maintenance guys fixed it immediately. The hotel was quiet. We were in walking distance to restaurants and a place with happy hour. I would stay there again.
