This was a very enjoyable hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were extremely comfortable the room was quiet and the climate control was good. the hotel staff responded promptly and very cheerfully when we requested another pillow and blanket. The breakfast was filling and enjoyable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here for one night while traveling through Kansas City, and hotel was good. Pet friendly, which isn't easy to find when your pet isn't under 50 pounds. The front desk was friendly, and enjoyed offering doggie treats to fido. Location to interstate was good, and many dining choices close by. McDonalds is walking distance from hotel. Rooms seemed clean and beds were comfortable. Great for a one night stay and reasonable rates.

We stayed here one night, flying out of KCI and using their Park & Fly package. It was ok, but honestly this hotel isn't up to LQ standards (at its price point). We had multiple issues, which I've detailed below. We reserved the room weeks ahead of time by credit card, but upon check-in were told they HAD to take a photocopy of the front and back of our credit card, and photo IDs. We also had to put the same information on a separate sheet of paper. Something about the computer being down. We were not comfortable with this as it is completely unsecure, but we were told that we could do it or not check in at all. The woman at the check-in desk said we could come see them shred the paper when the system came back up - apparently she thinks this is secure handling of data. The next morning when we left, the new person at the desk shredded the photocopy, but not the paper with the number written on it. So it was left out in the open all evening, night, and the next morning. Who knows how many people had access to that information, not to mention the one that never got shredded. It seemed completely unnecessary since LQ had our credit card for prepayment, and especially since we are LQ Rewards members who book frequently on their website. Bottom line: if you have to do this, watch your statement for any unauthorized charges. When we got to our room, the iron was missing. We had a wedding the next day and needed to iron our clothes. We called the front desk, who located one and gave us a call back. My husband had to go down to the front desk to get it, because the staffer said "the maintenance guy left without telling me and I can't leave the front desk". The light in the shower was not at all bright enough, and when we turned on the shower the plumbing felt like it was going to pull out of the wall. Stingy with the toiletries - 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, 1 soap to share between shower and sink. The vending machine on our floor didn't work. On the plus side, the bed was VERY comfortable, the ice machine worked just fine, and the crescent rod in the shower is always nice. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport did a good job. We will probably give this hotel another chance since we will be flying out of KCI frequently. We usually like LQ hotels, so maybe we will have better luck next time.

We stayed here for easy access to MCI airport-Breakfast good and service to airport was on time and great-I recommend anyone to stay here as everything good including cleanliness and service-Very easy access to large mall across the road-

Could not have asked for a better hotel! The bed just about swallowed us up in comfort and the pillows were like huge puffy marshmellows!!! What a good nights sleep!!! The room was really great!!! Breakfast was so good with lots of choices. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!
