Could not have asked for a better hotel! The bed just about swallowed us up in comfort and the pillows were like huge puffy marshmellows!!! What a good nights sleep!!! The room was really great!!! Breakfast was so good with lots of choices. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!
We were just passing thru and stayed at this KC airport LQ for the night. Very enjoyable and helpful staff. Was surprised to find our room (and several other adjacent rooms) with the door propped open. Was then informed that all of the main floor carpets had been shampooed that morning and they were being aired out and drying. The lobby and breakfast areas were sufficiently large and usable. Our room included 2 beds and could have been a little larger, but was very comfortable. The motel could have used a hot tub to ease away the pains from a long day behind the wheel. Overall, above average.
Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Wonderful continental breakfast. Staff was very accomodating. Many restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Great value. Nice small indoor swimming pool. Great for little kids. Will definitely stay again.
The price of a room in this hotel may lead you to expect very little. The truth is, the rooms are very large, with a separate seating area and 2 TVs. Beds are very comfortable. The only think setting it apart from luxury motels is that you don't get fancy toiletries (no conditioner). Free WiFi throughout hotel. Breakfast is included and has the standard, make your own waffles and pancakes, along with cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs and fruit. Workout room is basic, with one bike, one treadmill and one elliptical, along with weights. We had a small meeting and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Makes me even more angry about what a bad deal places like Marriott are.
We stayed at this hotel with a big group. The staff was absolutely fantastic & could not have been more accommodating. The rooms & hotel was clean, up to date and had a nice breakfast. The lobby was comfortable with nice clean leather sofas to visit with friends. They also had complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. It has been a long time since we have had such nice service, which helped make the trip a pleasant experience for everyone.
