We had a wonderful stay over the weekend as we were there for the superboat cocoa beach boat race! Our team and many other teams and fans stayed there and Judy Turk and the staff went out of their way to make our stay excellent. The rooms were great, clean, direct tv and flat panel tv.
On site bar and sushi restaurants were wonderful. We live close by but will be coming up more often and for next years race.
Thanks for a great time. I highly recommend this property and they have great park and cruise specials and shuttle that are the best in the area and many cruisers said the something's as they stayed before their cruise.
Staff was super friendly. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous. Nice pool area. A little further from the cruise port, but a short ride, like 7 minutes away.
Ask for the $20 shuttle to travel around town in the evenings. Super fast and friendly. Girl at check in on May 10th was great. The girl at checkout the following morning was great. Hotel even has a bar upstairs. Super nice place. We will be back.
We are just staying at this hotel. Rooms are ok, I miss elevetor, because I am travrling with 4 kids and a lot of bags. Pool is great, location ok, rooms are clean, parking free.
What make me feeling un-welcome was breakfast. It is true that we came to late, at 8:59. But the lady who cares about brekfast has removed EVERYTHING, in front of our eyes. We just wanted to get a drink and muffin, but she just removed and said nothing. I think they shoud let the food there for a few minutes because we werent alone, there was a lot of kids, etc.
So we were hungry then :-)
But in general is ok.
The staff was fantastic made you feel like they were family, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean the ground were fantastic, felt safe and very comfortable. Will stay there again.
This place is conveniently located close to the beach. It is about a mile to downtown Cocoa beach and 2 miles to the pier. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast was good with fresh waffles, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereals, sweets, etc.
We didn't use the large pool so cannot comment on that.
