The room was great, the bed was comfortable. The tub would not turn off and you could hear it even with the door was shut. The light by the bed was broken.
The girl in the office was the worst. I called 3 times and each time she would put me on hold and would not come back to help me. I finally had to get a little angry. When I got there I was checking in and half way through the process one of her friends came in and her conversation with him was the only thing that mattered.
Because of that I will never stay there again.
Booked a queen smoking and there was not one availavle, so we got a double smoking. Room is clean and the beds are comfortable. One of the better La Qunitas I have seen. Front desk guy was nice, not over the top nice like most.
Our room was clean and remodeled with a fridge and microwave standard. The bed was extremely comfy and the tv came with a nice little surprise of sounds to sleep to, a fire, waves or a stream. They had more channels to choose from than many of the big hotels I've stayed in in Las Vegas. The price was extremely cheap for the room and amenities. The free breakfast was outstanding with toast, cereal, juices, muffins and this egg, cheese and bacon muffin that was so good. The staff was very helpful and the wifi was free and fast. Great place to stay.
I recently stayed at this hotel when traveling. The check in procedure was rather quick as they could tell I was a bit tired from my drive. I believe the woman behind the counter was Vanessa and she made sure to inform me of my current points and how many points I would be receiving for this stay. I was informed of the breakfast they offer. She also recommend some great restaurants in the area as well as places of interest. My room was more than adequate with plenty of space to walk around. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and provided an "at home" feel to it. The bed was very comfortable and the climate in the room was peaceful, meaning the heater was very quiet. The breakfast they offered compared to other higher priced hotels so I very happy with what they had to offer. The entire staff wanted to make sure I was happy with my stay and being taken care of. I'll stay here again when my travels brings me this way and I highly recommend this hotel to friends, family and co-workers.
Whatever you do, do not stay at this hotel. They have very rude staff and it feels like you are being followed around and watched by staff and security. This hotel literally left two 18 year old boys stranded in a snow storm after they had said that the boys would be able to check in since they did have an adult that would be responsible for them in the hotel. Worst experience of my life!
