Jessica was great with handling my room reservations at the last minute for my family members and myself coming in town for a funeral. Staff was able to keep all rooms close to each other, having four rooms and last minute arrangements, we all thought very highly of the consideration given to us. The Livingston location was easily accessible to all of the towns features that were needed, would be more than happy to return in the future.
Great customer service. Nice hotel. Good pool and hot tub even though we didn't use them. Breakfast was decent. There was a stain on our carpet, a stain on a sheet and the headboard needed to be wiped off. We did not notify management though. F we had I'm sure they would have given us another room. We would stay here again if we go back to Livingston. I think this is still the best hotel option in Livingston at this price point.
I have stayed at this location a few times and every time have not been disappointed. The hotel is very clean and modern and pets are welcome. (Also, there is an empty field right behind the hotel that was perfect for walking my dog) Even though they allow pets in the hotel, you would never know because it is always so clean and smells nice. Very convenient location to stores, restaurants and the lake and Lake Livingston State Park. They also let me check in a little early because I had a horrific night before at a different hotel down the street. Staff very nice and polite. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family. Thanks for taking such good care of us:)
We would highly recommend this hotel! The location is easily accessible from the highway. Great price- great breakfast (the most variety we have ever seen at a hotel breakfast)- courteous and helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
While staying here on a business trip I was offered a free dinner. The chicken casserole and side items were actually very good. The rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly. I would gladly stay here again if I ever find myself in the area.
