Had a great experiance at La Quinta Inn alamo tx awesome service great price. would stay again . Location is great close to everything . macallen , san juan ,and mercedes outlets. My family loved it yours will too.
we went to make shoping, and when we need to rest we enjoy a very pleasent stay at the quinta alamo. with a very reasonable Rate. i certanly will come back again when we go shoping again. our expirience is for recomended to any people that dont want to spend to much money in a hotel.
The La quinta in Alamo Tx is pretty dangerous to stay in, due to the fact that it overlooks a really sketchy neighborhood where we have witnessed on several occasions the sale of narcotics. The environment is realy stale and uninviting. The staff is really unfriendly and if you leave stuff behind like personal items, do not expect to recieve them back.
I stay at La Quintas. A LOT. And this had got to be the worst I've stayed at. Here we go;
We found: Blood stains on towels, hair on bed sheets, tissue box in bathrooms completely empty, saw a bug crawling on the toilet paper roll. Toilet had crud in it, coffee table had a piece of broken laminate sticking out that could scratch you if you weren't careful, telephones were disconnected, bed covers have awful stains and the sofa is so stained its hard to believe anyone would want to sit in it. Also, the rote control had a broken button for channel up and needs to be replaced, not to mention all of the sticky residue on it. One very disturbing thing was the card that sits on the bed covers that says "It's Easy to Wake Up on the Bright Side" had sticky, nasty food or soda stuff on it. And the card was slid UNDER the bed sheets. Housekeeping just placed it under the covers as dirty as it was. Also, the drawer to the desk is broken and you can slide it in.
Overall, a nasty, dirty hotel. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, but could only stomach 1... I honestly don't know how so many people could have had such a positive review about this place.

Great stay, excellent stay ! I will recommend it to everybody. The rooms are big and supr clean. The staff are friendly and always there to help with anything you need. The pool is great. I can ensure you will have a great stay. The whole hotel staff is great. Well lighted parking lot.
