Very nice stay, I chose this location because of it's ratings and proximity to the airport. Worked great. Friendly staff, great directions and restaurant suggestions.
VERY clean, good internet access and comfortable.
I can't think of anything negative, and I would certainly stay here again.
Room was large, bed was comfortable, carpet was clean, towels were clean and didn't smell like bleach (nice change). I travel with a disabled young adult and this was a very good experience for him. When I asked for a quieter room it happened immediately. Our stay was during a soccer tournament weekend so the hotel was very loud and busy. Our first room was surrounded by noise so when I asked to be moved to a quieter room I was accommodated and Tasha was so pleasant and apologetic. We would stay again should we travel through Madison Alabama.
This is a very nice clean hotel. Chris at the front desk during the day was wonderful! He allowed us to check in earlier (we were tired from flying all morning!) The breakfast was yummy. My 11 year old loved making his own waffle. The only draw back was the pool and hot tub. The jet streams on the hotub were not working well and the hottub water was flowing into the pool water (The way it was built caused this)...so the pool water was the same temperature as the hot tub.
Chose this hotel because it is convenient to our son's house...he didn't have room for us with the new baby. :) The staff was wonderful from the time we made our reservation until we checked out. The hotel was spotless and the room was lovely and comfortable. Will be staying here our next trip to town for sure! Also, they have a great place to walk the dogs!
My wife and I have stayed at this property a couple of times already and plan to stay again next time we visit Madison. Staff is very friendly, the location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is less than 3 years old.
