Easy access off of I-20. Close to casinos. McAllister's restaurant nearby for a good place to eat. Front desk personnel were a little slow to respond to my check-in. Both agents were trying to assist a guest who was complaining that she couldn't get the rooms she wanted. She, however, was a drop-in with no reservation. One of the agents should have excused himself sooner to assist me. I had a reservation. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. One of the best sleeps I have had at any hotel. Left before the included breakfast. Felt very secure both in and out of the hotel.
Not only is this hotel exceptionally clean and lovely, you are allowed to travel with your "other" children - your pets. Not only do they welcome your pet, they don't charge extra.
The breakfast is very good and there is a good selection. The beds and pillows are very comfy.
I commend you and your staff for the excellent care that you took to assure our stay was great; and it was!

I booked this hotel through Priceline which listed it as a 2 1/2 star hotel. This is every bit as nice, if not nicer than the 3 star marriot we stayed in the night before. The staff was incredibly friendly, the bathrooms looked brand new as did the paint on the walls. The bedding and towels were nice, the beds were comfortable, there was a tub for the kids that was sparkling clean, the shower had good water pressure, and even the stairwell that we used to work off the Chinese buffet that we ate next door was newly carpeted, painted, and lighted. Free breakfast had good variety and they were still putting out food 10 minutes before breakfast ended. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend.

The place was excellent--quiet, clean, spacious rooms, friendly & helpful staff. Angela & Jeremy on the front desk did an excellent job--good location-easy to get to from I-20. Good breakfast bar- nice social hour--great place for people traveling with dogs.
Great hotel just outside Vicksburg, right opposite the National Military Park (worth a visit!). Room was very clean, staff very helpful. They do accept pet dogs so if you are allergic to dogs beware. We stayed only for one night on our way to New Orleans but we would definitely use this hotel again.
