Clean rooms with friendly staff. Not the most interesting neighborhood and Spring 2013 road construction with dynamiting in front of inn. Very quiet at night! This property is near I40 and is convenient for trips into the overly congested Gatlinburg.
We (and our dogs) stayed here on our way to our Florida home. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Price was right, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub, which was the size of a swimming pool. Continental breakfast was included in the price. We'll be back.
I travel with a medium size (50lb) dog and am limited on hotels I can use. La Quinta is usually the first place I look and often settle, but this La Quinta was better than some of the others in which I've stayed. The staff was very friendly and kind, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was as nice as a continental breakfast can be, and there was a place to walk my dog with waste bags provided. It's not the newest hotel, but considering it's proximity to all the touristy things to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, I think it was just right for the price.
My stay here was the best stay at any hotel ever! I will definitely stay there again. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was the friendliest I've ever met. I highly recommend at this hotel.
We live about 2 1/2 hrs away and you can't beat the price, clean and pet friendly hotel. We have stayed in the middle of all the action and busy streets so location doesn't mean so much to us. The further you go into the action you pay to play. So some may not like the location but we don't mind a small drive. Staff has always nice and friendly. Good breakfast. We have always been satisfied with our stays at LaQuinta and the points add up for those free nights. Keep up the good work. Thanks
