Loved the accommodation.the biscuits and gravy in the morning was my favorite. Rooms are clean and quiet. The staff was very responsive.hotel had Fox News on in the lobby which most guests enjoyed while eating.

Stayed, Friday, 5-24-13. Had I known this place is billed as "pet friendly" I would have stayed at the Hampton across the street, should have anyway. Better coffee and breakfast and a better rate at the Hampton. This La Quinta is newer, the room itself was fine, however we could hear the TV's blaring from both rooms on either side of us. We had just spent 14 hours on the road, we needed to sleep and get up early and refreshed the next day. This did not happen. We could also hear the people walking across the floor above us. It gets worse. A large dog barked throughout the evening and night. I called the front desk to see if they could do something to silence this animal. They could not. Why put us on the dog floor, when they had plenty of rooms? The dog would continue to bark throughout the night, with someone yelling "shut up" from time to time. The next morning my husband saw a couple, who came down to breakfast with 4 dogs, yes, 4 dogs, one a very large dog with a loud bark. No more La Quinta's for us, if they prefer to cater to dogs instead of retires who travel. Hampton Inn is my go to place. They did comp the room $25, but that did not make up for the lost sleep. I do have a favorite La Quinta in San Antonio, I will make sure we are placed no where near the dog area! We are the owners of a well behaved dog, that stays with his grandparents when we travel.

Awesome pet policy. Breakfast is typical continential breakfast...Meh! Room was very comfortable and clean. Grounds could use a little sprucing up, but then again this part of Texas can be challenging for landscaping. EXTREMELY friendly staff and quick service!

My daughter made my reservation and specified a handicapped accessible room. The room was nice but no place for me to sit down and "put my feet up". I used to travel for business and always stayed at La Quinta's wherever I went. Back then they had recliners in a lot of rooms. I admit that besides being very mobility impaired I am quite large and the only chair in tthe room that I could sit in was the desk chair and it was very tight. The bed was ok but very high from the floor. The couch was comfortable but too low and almost impossible for me to get up from. And the worst problem is that the room was on the 3rd floor. I did have my Service Dog with me and that part was great!

Excellent hotel. General manager was on site during my stay. He was working just as hard as the staff... Actually harder. Room was great. Had the two room king suite. It was exceptionally clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!!
