A La Quinta traveler |
Having had my own business for a number of years, I understand the importance of having a great front line staff. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly check in staffer that had a great smile and a very cheery disposition. Our room was clean and fresh and everyday when we returned from our daily outing we found the room in the same way as when we checked in. The morning breakfast which contained waffles, hot and cold breakfast cereals, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, juice and hot coffee was great. The attendant made sure that the breakfast items were fully stocked and available. What more could you ask for! We are planning another trip to Carlsbad and will be staying at the La Quinta Carlsbad for sure. Great job to all!
We stayed at the Carlsbad LaQuinta Inn while visiting family and going to Sea World. It is conveniently located right off of the highway. We chose this location because they accept pets and we travel with a small dog on all of our trips. It is an added benefit that pets can stay for free as we have traveled many places that do not accept pets or charge more for the pet stay than the owner. Hotel is clean and well taken care of. Great place and great value for pet owners.
Three of us stayed in an accessible room at this motel and were very pleased with everything. Even though it is next to a freeway it was very quiet. Used this as a base for visiting Sea World and hospital visits. Good breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and beach was close.
We came down from alaska for vacation with our 3 year. very accomodating. he loved the pool and the breakfast was great! Absolutely loved this hotel. close to outlets, theme parks, amd food. great destination. will.deffinitely be staying here again!!!!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carlsbad. It was our first trip to this part of California.
Do Plan on visiting during the flower fields event in April/May another time.

It was the "lady bug" event on Sunday that drew large crouds. (April 21st 2013)
The Oceanside boardwalk is teriffic ! Oceanside is just north of Carlsbad.
