I can't speak high enough of a young lady that works here. We traveled to Paris for an archery tournament and brought our four year old along. He was determined to swim but the pool was ice cold. This lady called the maintenance man all weekend (who honesty had no clue what he was doing) to attempt to fix it. The pool was never fixed but the attempts did not go unnoticed. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. And it was in the perfect location for our tournament. We have already told friends that we will be staying there next year for the same tournament! Only one downside was that the gym was not in good shape. However, we were are so busy on our tournament weekends that those kinds of things don't make a big difference. We will be back!

This was my first time at La Quinta Inn. I am a woman of few words, and here they are, this will be the hotel that I will be staying at when I come to Paris. I cannot give you a first hand account of what the actual hotel is like. I booked a room on April 3, received a confimation, and then lo and behold I get and e-mail on April 22 saying that unfortunately they had "overbooked" and had no rooms available. This has left us high and dry as all other hotels are booked up due to a large ASA Archery tournament being held there!! A lady I talked with said they often "overbook". So, beware. You might book, you might get a confimation, but in the end you might not actually have a room!!!

I got this room for friday nite with me my husband and our twins. The room was filthy and the refrigerator was not cold. The ceiling had black scuff marks in the bedroom. The sink wouldnt drain. THe toilet had someone elses scuff marks in it :( GROSS) The elevator down button broken and hanging off The room phone in bedroom didnt work. The heater didnt work so next morning my babies were coughing I called the front office they tell me maintance will be back in the morning to help with these problems ? This doesnt help me i check out tomorrow morning. In the morning i call front desk to bring me extra towels . I asked for 3 big towels and 3 small towels. They bring me 3 big towels and 3 medium towels they stink of smoke and had red blood marks on them :( So i had to go down to housekeeping and get 6 clean towels so my kids could take baths before we could leave this horrible room. This is the worst hotel experience . I will never go to any La Quinta. The girl at the front office at my check in was nice she tried to help the best that she could. Her manager who is a lady never called her back or returned any of her calls to try and assist me . I will be contacting her and the corporate office on Monday to advised them of my horrible experience. I would just prefer to get my money back. Dont waste your money on this place.

Very quick check in service. I had reserved a non- smoking room however when we opened the door on the room assigned (214) found it to be very offensive with smoke smell. I immediately called the front desk and she moved us to another room (204) that was perfectly scented and actually an upgraded room to what we paid for. I appreciated the expedient service. The front desk was surprised that the first room smelled of smoke since this was the non-smoking floor but indicated that she would have the room o zoned. Overall a very convenient, well maintained place to stay.
