Best part about staying here was the very comfortable king size bed. Lots of pillows, too. There's nothing close by in the way of food or conveniences, so be prepared to bring food in or drive to a restaurant. They do have a pretty decent hot breakfast with eggs, waffles, pastries, cereals, fruit, etc. San Antonio is full of good restaurants so you won't go hungry. There's a Mexican restaurant a few blocks away and a sub shop a little further. Room was very clean and quiet. No noise from the freeway. Got a good rate because I prepaid the room. I'll stay here again. Very convenient to where I needed to be. Freeways close by that will take you to any of the sightseeing spots. The computer that I used to try to print my boarding pass didn't work but the desk clerk printed it for me. They have a pool and an exercise room. Also, daily USA Today paper. Friendly staff.
Booking on line was not successful and after calling was told it cost more to book by phone. After I arrived it was great and well worth it. The room was clean and house keeping made themselves available. Checking out was easy.
Nice hotel! Clean rooms, reasonably quiet and great complimentary breakfast. Wish the pool had been indoor. Nice alternative so some of the more expensive downtown hotels. I would recommend it and not hesitate staying here again.
It was ok, however I think it's expensive for what it is. If you need wifi this hotel it's not for you. Their internet service is always busy so you cannot be connected. The room was not very clean and the towels and blankets stink horrible. Breakfast was always the same and they did not have variety. However, the bed was cozy even though the pillows were small. The room was good in size and quiet.
Even though there wasn't supper dining there, the choices from room service was more than expected, and inexpensive. The rooms were also cool without everything feeling like it was wet with humidity. It was wonderful to be able to do a little laundry when our stay become extended beyond our plans. The rooms are quiet, very comfortable and very clean. We will be back!
