"Great value"

Upon arrival we were greeted and got checked in without any issues. Got to room, very clean and well stocked in the bath. Ample outlets for our technology. Facility offered extras we did not use, pool, fitness. We did take advantage of the included breakfast each day, as much as you can eat. Check out was easy. After I got home I realized I left an expensive item in the room, called hotel, they had it at desk and shipped it to me! That was fantastic!

Close to Estes Park. Nicest LaQuinta I've visited. Very clean, quiet. Great job staff. Looked like a brand new facility. Will stay here again next trip through. Could use more help at desk during check in hours but gal truly tried to help.

"STAFF Great, Accommodations ok"

FRONT desk was great, they were helpful in directing me to a local drug store. The woman even recommended a specific type of ear plug (Macks) that worked great. She was super friendly even though it was very late at night. The night manager was helpful too. Our key card did not work twice, and we had to come to the front desk for a replacement - the only disconcerting issue was that they were aware of the key card problems, but apparently did not have a fix. They ended up giving me an old key card from their old system. It wasn't that they didn't want to solve my issue or that they were not concerned, it just seemed that it was beyond their ability (maybe technology issues?). Pool and hot tub were not clean and the housekeeping staff propped side door open at night.

They make it easy to travel with pets. The hotel was clean. Small restaurant next door is not bad for burgers and sandwiches. Location to the main road to Estes was great since we had to drive up each day.

"The hotel looks great, but had some issues"

We stayed here in July for 3 days. The Inn is in town several miles from the freeway, but closer to Estes Park which we liked. It is a very pretty and clean hotel and the room was good size and the bed and pillows super comfortable. The sheet and comforter on my side of the bed had a hole in it, which I thought weird, especially since our bed got made everyday that it wasn't changed. Our biggest problem was when we tried to check in at noon, and was told by the woman at the front desk, check in is at 3, you have to come back. No checking to see if there were any rooms available, or sorry, etc. Some poor guy came in behind us and was told rather rudely, check in is at 3,if you didn't ask for early check in. Never has this happened to me in all the years I have stayed at hotels. Needless to say when 3 rolled around there were lots of people trying to check in, and only one person at the front desk. Poor customer service on their part. The free breakfast was plentiful and good. Had fruit, eggs, bacon, waffles, and more. We were there over the weekend and they had a wedding reception downstairs on Saturday where the breakfast was, our room was above it. Music was loud, but only till 10. Was quite a few loud people and kids running down the halls though. The funniest and kind of scary thing happened early the morning we were checking out. We got up at 4 am to leave cause we had a long drive. When I went out in hallway to bring my stuff to the car, there were 2 police officers, standing outside of a room down the hall from ours. I was told to go the other way down the hall to get out. I freaked out and went back in room and waited for my husband. The police shouted for the person to open the door, there was some yelling and commotion. When we finally came out of our room to leave there were 4 police officers, and a drunk or high young man on the ground in handcuffs, loudly proclaiming his innocence. The front desk did apologize to us as we were leaving, so did a policeman standing by the door. This was on Monday morning. So, not sure if this was a random problem or not. I would stay here again, my husband said absolutely not.
