Friendly and very helpful staff . Great breakfast! Clean and well appointed rooms. Segregated guests with dogs on the first floor of hotel so other guests were not disturbed!
Attractive breakfast area overlooks the inviting outdoor pool and spa. As is typical of other La Quinta properties, this one has attractive planting s and flowers around the perimeter.
Newer hotel. Very well kept. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous, especially Patrick, the Assistant. GM (whom we dealt with when we made the reservations). Plenty of towels and washcloths in bathroom. The property was well lit and we felt secure. The hot breakfast wasn't too bad (we loved the Texas-shaped Belgian waffles the best!) and filling. The pool and hot tub area was clean and very inviting. We did notice that a couple of the local TV stations were a little fuzzy, and the elevater was slow. They had very soft feather pillows and the mattresses were not very firm, but then we are used to firmer pillows and a much firmer mattress at home. It was close to our daughter's home and very convenient to shopping and various restaurants (not just fast food!). It is one of the lower priced hotels, but well worth the money spent. We will definitely stay here again whenever we we come to Allen.

We stayed here earlier this year and wrote of the "Breakfast Guard".....this is a comment on the 2nd visit to the property......we enjoyed it and will return.
Property is clean, staff very friendly, breakfast is good and food at breakfast was plentiful. Property appears well maintained and is convenient to expressway but not close enough to hear the expressway.
Wife enjoys shopping in area and we are in town at lest twice a year, we will stay here again on the next visit. I like the fact the management responds to the comments on here and apparently makes changes when warranted. Good job! Nice team at hotel!
All the staff was friendly, the room was clean and fresh. The front desk helped with driving instructions and made our excursions a lot easier. The breakfast was an added treat. Great waffles. thanks for making our stay relaxing.
Everything was top notch except the 4-hr wait for my room. I arrived at 12:30 pm and waited until 4:30 pm for the room to be ready. There was a lot of kids racing around until midnite but otherwise La Quinta was so clean, attractive, and friendly.
I took my senior dog and he loved it. There were so many other pets I thought it was a pet convention and I like that. The people were very friendly.
