We chose this hotel from the road by the familiar name and were pleased. It was clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and had a good breakfast - right down to the waffle maker that made waffles in the shape of Texas!
We enjoyed our stay at this La Quinta Inn. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and effecient. This hotel is slightly dated but still a good place to stay. The location is good because it is near a lot of restaurants, movie theatre, shopping, and I-35.
I have stayed at this particular hotel several times in the past three plus years. The hotel is great. The staff can't be beat right down to the hostess in the breakfast area. Never have I stayed somewhere where the staff is genuinely concerned about your stay. This hotel is quite near family members but I would stay there regardless of where they lived. The breakfast assortment is wonderful. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. I have never really had any complaints about this hotel and will continue to stay there.
We stayed at this hotel one night to be close to friends and it had good reviews. The hotel and room were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was super busy!!! It took the elevator a long time to come each time we used it. We were on the third floor, but I would ask for a different room if you get a first floor room unless you don't mind the noise and traffic from the pool. From talking to some other people, it sounded like there were a lot of kids there for many different events, so on a normal weekend, it could be very different. We would stay here again if we needed too. An added plus is no extra charge for our dog!
I really liked this hotel, it was a great location for me. It was close to my friend in theLancaster and that made it a great trip, I will be staying with you again in the future. I really did like my room.
