Very Clean. The housekeeping manager came by and made sure. Great location right off the highway, but separated enough so the noise is not bad. Spotless pool. Really nice breakfast, well tended and hot. Not new but VERY well maintained. Friendly and efficient.
We stopped here for one night on our way across the country. It's super convenient, right off the 10 freeway and is close to plenty to eat (even real food, not just fast food!)
We quite appreciated that it's dog friendly, has free wifi, and free breakfast included in the cost of the room. The clean and spacious room and friendly staff round out this property.
We recommend going down the road a bit to try the Shrimp Basket for a meal. It looks like a funky spot but they had the freshest oysters and very epic buffalo shrimp that put Hooters to shame.
We arrived at the hotel where we were greeted and welcomed. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions to every attraction and event that we wanted to attend our see.the house keeping did a wonderful job of keeping our room cleaned. The hot breakfast and the attendant that kept that area up were delightful, they were cleaning , painting, all the time that we were there. We were there from 5-25-13 to 5-30-13 the area has all kinds of Restaurants from pizza and breakfast to dinner the location was wonderful.
Clean with a very nice staff. Breakfast was great. Sheets were scratchy. The bathroom smelled a little of cat pee....but I blame that on whoever had the cat and didn't clean it up. I travel with my pet and would be horrified to leave anything like that behind. I told the staff and felt like they would take care of it.
Staff, room and overall facility was excellent.
ALL staff, from the GM that introduced himself, to the front desk clerks and the dining room attendants, they went out of their way to be courteous and provide the best service possible.
The breakfast was more than expected, and the dining room was very clean.
This stay was brief, but better than the 5 star hotel we stayed at in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
The only minor criticism was the highway noise while at the pool; but due to location, that is unavoidable.
