I often stay at hotels and the staff at La Quinta, Lake Charles, Louisiana on Prien Lake road have been SO AMAZING!! I usually get the usual service but the Director of Sales -Alicia has been the warmest most wonderful person I have encounted in quite some time! All of the staff has been exceptional, very friendly and made me feel at home! The rooms are clean, well kept up and they have a good hot breakfast!
She is very nice and bright binking of light over at this hotel. The first time i step in the hotel in Lake Charles, she welcome me like family. Everytime I show she welcomes me with a big smile and have a friendly conversation. Thanks to her I use this hotel every time I come up to Lake Charles for work.
I stayed at the La Quinta Inn at Lake Charles, LA for a business trip. The front desk staff was very friendly and quick in getting me checked in. Cilicia Sims was the front desk associate who took care of me and made the experience very pleasant. She gave me a snack and water, advised me on breakfast in the morning, and even called me after I arrived in my room to make sure very thing was ok. The room was clean and very comfortable, the lobby was also very clean, and overall the hotel was pleasant to staff at. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lake Charles, LA. Thank you for the staff, special Cilicia for making my stay so comfortable and pleasant.
Very glad we stayed at this hotel. Front desk welcomed me as if she was expecting me for a long time. Room is spacious and spotless. The only down side is that our room is at the main road side, so the traffic noise bothered all the time.
This was my second visit to this location, this visit was better than the first and the first was a wonderful experience. The front desk personal, the cooks, the house keeping crew all very friend and pleasant to see in the halls. But I do want to say this that 2 front desk ladies, (Theresa and Anna) were very friendly and accommodating, Not only did these two ladies know the hotel business, they were also very knowledgeable about the local activities, such as the Contraband Festival, to an excellent safe park for jogging, both were spot on with directions. This was a wonderful experience and will certainly be back next time I am in the area.
