The room was very clean and the beds soft. I had a very restful sleep. We had a good size frig, a microwave and a coffee maker. We were too busy to use the pool but it looked well looked after. This hotel is a short walk from food and activities. My favorite thing.... you can make your own Mickey waffle which is my sons favorite breakfast item when we stay at a Disney hotel.
Hotel is in a great location. About a mile from Universal Studios and even closer to Wet and Wild waterpark. Denny's restaurant is located next door to get a meal at anytime and lots of other dining options in the area. Room delivery is available from a few restaurants too. Really helpful when you return late and tired.
Hotel has lots of free parking and a surprisingly good free breakfast. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave. All this really helps the family vacation budget.
Hotel manager was friendly, professional and a joy to deal with.

at check in the staff was very nice, housekeeping did an excellent job! the rooms are big, clean, and confortable. I did this trip because i wanted to take my family out to the parks, the hotel offered free transportation, i book this reservation directly with the hotel and the young lady at the front desk made my reservation, she was very nice, and knew alot about the area , she offered to help me out with dirrections to nearby restaurants and gave me a booklet for the i ride trolly that runs up and down international dr, wich was very convinient. Lizzet or Lizz I believe her name was remember me at check in even do she didnt check me in she remember my name and asked me who i was, I believe she was training the young man at the desk and she was very professional and very nice to me and my family, I will stay at this hotel again not only because it was resonable and had alot to offer, but because its employees made my stay alot better and because they made my stay feel like home. I highly recommend this hotel i give it 5 stars.
A first rate hotel, good base for a few days in Orlando. Large rooms, good clean bathrooms. attractve landscaped pool area. Courteous and friendly staff. Easy to find and convenient / central for malls, outlets, cinemas etc
This hotel had a great location for our vacation visit to Universal Studios. Very clean hotel and rooms. Extremely courteous and pleasant staff. Although we did not take one this was a dog friendly hotel. If going to Universal or wet n wild I highly recommend this hotel.
