The hotel is very nice. I'd recommend it for anyone visiting LA. I had some packages to receive and they received and helped me. Best staff ever! Everything is very clean and the breakfast is great. I will definitely atay there next time I go to LA.

The staff was amazing, rooms modern and clean , no issues with the Free breakfast buffet , Elizabeth the breakfast room attendant was efficient but little curt. Parking lot is small and a challenge to navigate if your in a suv or van.
The hotel itself is nice. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast and breakfast room left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs and sausage were cold. The milk pitchers were small and empty. The breakfast room itself was very dirty and they didn't keep the tables clean after guests finished their meals. The lady running the breakfast room was more concerned with making sure all food was removed right at 9:30 AM than keeping anything clean.
I made the reservation for a room with two queen beds for three nights back in early March. Our trip was not scheduled until late July and I wanted to make sure that we have the room ready for a good price. With my confirmation at hand we showed up at the hotel around 11pm, after our flight landed at LAX. The person at the front desk (Mike) told us that the hotel is all sold out and that he has to send us to a nearby hotel, Comfort Inn. We insisted to get a room at La Quinta but he already filled all the rooms. My husband, who was tired from a long trip from East Coast, was angry and said that he must find us a room. Then thing got worse. Mike started threatening us that he could cancel our reservation all together and that we would not even get the room at Comfort Inn and had to spend the night in our rental car. He was putting the blame on third party sites who sell rooms more than they have and was not moving a finger to help us other than sending us to a different hotel, which we do not even know how good is. Plus we were in a shady neighborhood in LA (Inglewood) and did not want to drive around and look for another shady hotel at midnight. After back and forth with Mike for half an hour (and he was the worst front desk person I have ever experienced in my hundreds of trips I did over the past 10 years), we gave up and went to Comfort Inn. It turned out that Comfort Inn only had one night stay available, although we needed a room for three nights. I called La Quinta Inn in the morning and this time a reasonable guy (the name I forgot), who saw our debacle the previous night, told us that he actually found a room for us for the second and third nights, and it was definitely confirmed (Mike meanwhile told us the night before that there were no rooms for none of the three nights!). From that point on things were fine. Room was comfy and clean, breakfast was okay, parking was easy. The hotel is located in a bad neighborhood but very near to the highways so you do not need to drive a lot in the neighborhood. It is also nicely located close to the highway to take you to Santa Monica, downtown, and the beaches in the South. It is unfortunate that one front-desk agent can make an otherwise a 4 star review go down to one star.
Stayed here w/parents & loved the customer service & rooms were real nice & clean. Would definitely recommend others to stay here as well. Had a nice breakfast at the hotel in their lounge, good variety. They had waffles, eggs, sausage, cold cereal, juice and so much more to choose from.
