The hotel is brand new and very clean. Just stayed here for five nights upon our arrival to LA. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast especially that we arrived to the hotel around midnight after a long flight into LAX. The breakfast was great with a good variety and the kids enjoyed having it every morning. Wifi was great all around the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and quite. Not the perfect neighborhood and that didn't affect us a lot since we had a car rental. The hotel is close to LAX and the highway but at the same time away from the annoying traffic of LA. Laundry machines are conveniently located in every floor. Security guy in the parking made it safe for us coming in and leaving the hotel. This is definitely a great choice. We are coming back to this hotel after our road trip and before leaving LA. We will be stay for another two nights and looking forward to that.
We needed an affordable, clean, reasonable place for one night close to LAX and this fit the bill. A short free shuttle ride (very prompt), great breakfast, very clean. The staff could not be friendlier. The only drawback is this is not a place where you can walk around and find a restaurant. Other than that, we would stay here again. Less expensive than those closer to the airport.
Great hotel and it is brand new. I would recommend that they make a more conspicuous entrance though, if you are driving a little fast you just might miss it. The service was great and the staff was pleasant. They accommodated our request for an additional room almost immediately. The breakfast and coffee specially was great. Thank you for making my vacation a very pleasurable one, would love to stay again. Highly recommended!
Hotel was located at a not-so-nice neighbourhood (you prolly would not want to wander on the streets alone at night), but that's abt the only bad point.
All the hotel staff I encountered during my 1 day stay were really helpful and nice! Purchased several parcels from Amazon, and reception was kind enough to not only receive some of them that came earlier than my date of arrival, but also to give a call to my room when the last parcel came during my stay. Thank you so much!
Room was adequately furnished with comfortable beds and pillows and direct TV, but like the previous La Quinta I stayed at San Antonio, there was no room safe.... There was a microwave, coffee machine and fridge in my room.
Breakfast choices were the usual, my only complaint was the lack of fruit choices. There were only oranges the morning I was there, which was quite disappointing.
In all, a very pleasant experience and definitely somewhere I would consider staying again if I am ard the area again.
I read reviews before I stayed here, just like I read everyone I go anywhere. This hotel had more positive reviews than most hotels I wind up choosing. This isn't the cheapest, the location sucks right on a busy street corner, and the blanket on our bed (unfortunately we saw it late) had either vomit or hot sauce on it. It was definitely NOT washed because it was still chunked on it! They gave us a room with an adjoining, not requested nor wanted, and the neighbors were loud. They weren't even screaming and they were loud. The walls are so thin the the door in the middle doesn't help. The only reason I didn't give it the worst review is because we didn't complain about the blanket, like I said it was late, they may have fixed it. The room was clean other than that, even though that was a big deal. The bed was uncomfortable but the pillows are amazing... And the only person we had any communication with was the desk lady who was quite busy but very cordial.. I am traveling because my mother is in la in the hospital, I would live to find a hotel here I can repeat stay at, this is definitely not it......
