The very friendly and helpful desk staff makes this hotel stand out a bit from many similar ones. The rooms were quiet enough and comfortable, with refrigerator and microwave, lots of outlets, nice bathroom and good TV. That said, i am not fond of beds with bedspreads and blankets that are not replaced between guests. On a morning I was able to sleep in, I discovered that the room- darkening curtains are a bit short, letting bright sunlight in the portion above the air unit. Also, my room had had the regular key card lock replaced with a dead bolt lock that required a key. i needed to remember to lock it up each time i went through the door, as it did not lock automatically, inconvenient when hands were full. Apparently only a few rooms on the property have this situation, however. I was booked here for two nights on business travel, with transport provided by others, so was without a car. I was pleased to have a Super Target and several small restaurants within walking distance. This was useful, since the breakfast included with the room did not include many healthy offerings, the best being processed egg patties, watery orange juice from a machine, and apples wrapped in plastic. Other than that, there were plenty of fats, sweets, and white breads. Even without the breakfast, the hotel was very well priced in the off season for the quality and service.

We stayed three nights here. Room was comfortable, clean, and modern. A major plus was the microwave and refrigerator. Shower had good water pressure. The mattresses were quite comfortable and NO bedbugs! The hotel was conveniently located in a shopping area that had a super Target. Several restaurants in the area to accommodate breakfast, lunch, and dinner needs. On the other side of I95 is an outlet type shopping area. New Smyrna beach is within 10 miles as is Daytona Beach. For adults looking for a quiet beach, go to New Smyrna. Families, young adults should go to Daytona. My only complaint with the room is the "new" style - no towel racks in the bathroom!! Personally, I don't like laying wet towels on shelves and we had to improvise by hanging the towels on the hook behind the door. Otherwise, the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, grounds were well-kept and clean. Ample parking.

The hallways are very warm, and parking is a bit sparse, but the location is ideal - close to lots of restaurants and I-95. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. WiFi worked well and I had enough access to electrical outlets to charge my electronics and work on my laptop. I have not stayed at the Ormond Beach location, but I did stay at the beach location and the one off of International Speedway. This is the newer and nicer LaQuinta in the area, but it is also a bit expensive for not being on the beach.

We stayed overnight until our disney cruise the next morning. We enjoyed very good service. I'm a veteran and was treated with great respect. I will continue to stay here every year we come back for our disney cruise. I will also be recommending this place to the rest of my family who comes to enjoy our family cruises. I took pictures of the pool, which was heated, and the hot tub. I also took a picture who gave a veteran like me the best service ever. Thanks so much.

We stayed here four nights while visiting family. Interior of the motel was spotless. Room was very large and very clean. Staff was always helpful and cheerfull. I was a little worried about traffic noise but I didn,t here any. I can't think of one negative thing about it.
