A La Quinta traveler |
Somehow my reservation was mixed up for the wrong night. Manager made on the spot decision to help us anyway and EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT. Recommend HIGHLY!!! I have stayed in many La Quinta hotels before but this one is right on top. Nice area too!
bed was comfortable. walls were thin, could hear people talking through walls in adjoining rooms, and traffic outside.
shower was built for small people, anyine taller than 5'8 will have to go through contortions to wash their hair.
continental breakfast was sparse and inferior to most other crappy continental breakfasts I have had.
The stay was comfortable and inexpensive. It was a little noisey otherwise we were able to sleep through the night. The only disadvantage is that the elevator was on one side and had to walk around to other side to get to your room.
LaQuinta Pensacola is very convenient from I-10 and allows easy access to the downtown
area and Naval facilities. This LaQuinta is very clean and the staff appears to me to really care about the comfort of the guests and are quick to action to seek and deliver requested
information. Good people working at a good place to stay. Stay here and you will have happy
thoughts after leaving and you will find yourself thinking about scheduling this location again
for business and pleasure. No I do not work for LaQuinta. They just have the best plan for your guest-investment since you have to stay somewhere when on the road.

I stay at La Quinta when I travel with my dog. I appreciate that I can do that. The room was a little more than I felt it was worth but I did not have to pay extra for the dog and a light breakfast was included.
The beds were comfortable, plenty of bedding & pillows. Bathroom area was clean although the light over the sink did not work.
The room was very clean apart from the carpet. I don't believe the carpet was actually dirty - but it was worn and had a couple of large stains. I kept my flip-flops on the entire time! TV was a nice model & the room had microwave & refrigerator. Room doors open to the outside.
Front desk were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was uninspiring - but the breakfast area was clean and serviceable. There is a Denny's restaurant immediately next door. The property was generally clean & tidy although lighting in the parking lot could have been a little better.
Generally an "OK" experience.
(Stayed in room 323, it was very quiet the night I was there. Elevator is very slow!)
