I always stay here when I come to Tampa. The people at the hotel are very warm and friendly. They know the answers to all your questions. The rooms are well-appointed; very clean. The TV is great and the beds are comfortable. I stay here mainly to catch a plane at the airport and they provide a shuttle to the airport which is very close.
The breakfast is all I need to get my day going but if you prefer there is an IHOP right next door (within walking distance).
The price is right and you can leave your car here for $5 a day while you travel. When you return, just call the hotel and they send a shuttle to pick you up.
All in all a GREAT deal.
We stayed here when going to see Fleetwood Mac. This motel was conveniently located. There is a Ihop next door too. The rooms were very quiet and safe the way they have the doors located. We will stay again when going to the Times Forum.
My husband and our two cats stayed recently for two nights during our move with the military. Moving is stressful and expensive enough without adding pets to the mix! I was so happy to find this pet-friendly hotel so I didn't have to put the pets in the kennels, which would have been more stressful for the pets and more running around and expense for us. The hotel was a great price and there was no additional pet fee. The room was great, but the staff were excellent. All of the three young women on the front desk during our stay were so professional and courteous. I haven't had that kind of five star treatment in a hotel in a long time. Very impressed!
The Staff is very helpful and show a caring experience in serving the guest. Concerned with providing the proper accommodations for each guest.. Breakfast was portable and filling.
Staff was there to clean tables and replace food quickly. Bath tub had deep stains that took me a few days to remove. bring flip flaps or Tilex.. Rooms were good size, and clean. Closets had doors, Felt comfortable as a solo guest. Close to, with easy access to Airport, Shopping, down town Tampa.

My wife and I spent 12 days in the area for surgical reasons. Hotel was very near medical facility, Close to a vast variety of restaurants, and easy access to entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and in good condition. Only problem we had, which really wasn't a big deal, the bathroom sink drained slowly. For the price I'd say that this motel was an excellent value and we definitely would stay here again.
