When I opened the door to my room it had an old nasty dirty smell to it. The doors and walls were stained and the bathroom had ants. The air vents had spider webs and the coffee maker was nasty. The carpet was also stained badly. Yes they have new up-to-date televisions, however, everything else was totally not up to par. Whats a good tv living in a slump......I'd say if you're used to living in nice neighborhoods with nice houses this is NOT the hotel for you. For the price, I didn't expect the best but I did expect better. I will never return go nor recommend to anyone.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. 3 out of 4 mornings the breakfast area was out of most items by 8 am and seemed short staffed.. Even the cups for coffee were not available.. Juice was empty and so was the waffle batter. The room had dirty mop boards in the bathroom and ants in the room and all over the bathroom. The original room we checked into had an electrical problem. My son went to plug in a light and the outlet blew and scorched his knuckles. They gave us another room and that is the one with the ants. The outside of the property was not very clean either. Trash sat piled up outside our room for a day and half before being picked up. When I checked out, the total was different than my reservation said and I even had the print out and was referred to the website. Basically said "oh well". Very disappointed.
This hotel is convenient to all that is all of North Little Rock and all the attractions in Downtown Little Rock. It is clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The free breakfast was good and a big time (and money) saver (especially if you are traveling with your family). I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and I must say the rooms have a very bad smell the carpet is old and dirty with lots of black sports on them the bath tub has black mold around it. We found roaches in the room and when I called front desk to express my issues about our she was very helpful and concerned about our childern staying in this room she moved us to another room that was a little better smell was stilll the same but it was ok she was also nice enough to adjust the price of our room seeing that we was not happy at all. I will most likely not come back here again until they do some serious updating.
PS. I was not the only guess that night who had roaches in the room.

The rooms were clean and the staff was cordial. Needs updating inside. Breakfast was sparce. No protein and no fresh fruit. Only one juice available. The pool was not open and it was not listed as seasonal. We were very disappointed.
