My room smelled musty and the carpet was dirty and the lobby smelled like cig smoke, my room did not have a waste basket, the brightside was subpar and they didnt have enough food put out and the waffle maker was broke.

Staff has no forethought or common sense when guests arrive with pets. Call and call and call again to make sure they hold a lower level room if you need it for crates and pets. The rooms were clean though.

"Comfortable & clean room"

Clean room with comfortable bed. Staff was courteous & very helpful. Not much variety for breakfast & few healthy options but there is a Denny's next door so that was a convenient option. Nice dog walking areas with poop bags & station for your pup. One of the few Savannah motels that allows pets at no fee-my main reason for staying here. There were some "sketchy" guests with an argument in the parking lot followed by a police arrest while I was there which made me very uncomfortable.

"filthy!"

Don't do it! It was filthy! Carpet was disgustingly soiled. Bugs in room. Well below my standards. Bad business. And I bet LaQuinta won't publish my review... Flea bag motel. You get what you pay for with this dump... Trust me on this one... You will regret it... I did so you won't have to!

"Ok for the price"

We try to stay at La Quinta due to their pet friendliness. You can not find other chains that don't charge an arm and a leg for pets. Really appreciate that. We are a family of 6 so needed two rooms. One was very nice and clean and the other did have a heavy mildew smell however the linens were clean and the beds were comfortable which after driving 12 hours was just what we needed. Hotel staff was friendly. It seems like a safe area and we felt our vehicle was safe through the night. There was a security guard walking around that said he patrolled the hotel premises all night so we opted to leave our roof top carrier on our van over night with no issue. The bottles of water and snacks provided in the rooms were a nice touch. Skipped the hotel breakfast and ate at the Denny's right next door instead. We would stay here again when traveling with our animal.
