I stayed here so I could be shuttled to the airport in the morning. The lady was right there and ready to take me in a very timely manner. Shuttle begins at 5 AM. Rooms are adequate; could use some painting in places, but overall, was fine and had a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was standard LaQuinta. Price was fine.
Enjoyed my stay in El Paso at LQ might it feel comfortable and the location was perfect since I was born close to that area. Room was clean, service was awesome. Was treated well by all employees. Highly recommend it.

This is the only 6000 point LaQuinta in El Paso. All the others are 8000 or more for a free stay! This is also the only one that seems to have a microwave and refridge included for free in a King room.
The La Quinta Inn El Paso does not delight one upon first view. In fact, if you approach the property from any angle other than from the front, it looks downright spartan and like the proverbial cheap motel. The lobby could have used a good sweeping, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The motel has really basic lodging that has seen better days. The room was rather worn, the carpet stained here and there, the chair had more stains too and the bathroom caulk cracked in places. The bed however, was very comfortable with very nice pillows and the air conditioner was not noisy as some seem to be at some motels. The TV was good with an optional animated sleep inducing ocean theme to help you get to magic slumber. The "continental" breakfast was typical fare of cold cereal, waffles, juice and coffee etc. The swimming pool was clean. Overall, this is not one of the best examples of a La Quinta, but it certainly isn't the worst. It is just really basic, no frills lodging to help you get some shut eye before hitting the road the next day or needing a place to stay overnight when working with a limited budget. As mentioned, the property has probably seen better days, but it has high value if you are looking for a room for the night and not really much more.
We reserved at La Quinta because of past experience with their great beds! But this was an extreme disappointment. The room was not so clean, a glob of toothpaste left in the sink, dirty carpet. We will definitely reconsider staying at another La Quinta.
