A few things I noticed which if were remedied, I would consider coming back. There are no towel racks on the wall next to the shower. The only rack was the one above the toilet which clean towels are placed. There was no light next to or above the shower stall. There is a light above the toilet but it is not sufficient to light up the entire bathroom. Quite dark while showering. There are no mirrors in the entire room except for the one above the sink. Even mirrors on the sliding closet doors seemed to have been removed but left an unfinished look on the closet doors. Have to comment on the carpet. It could use a shampoo. They may vacuum everyday (at least I hope they do) but it could use more cleaning. I notice just walking around in the room for a short while, left my white sock looking pretty dirty.
the staff was so friendly and helpful. It is aways from the strip but we didnt want to be near it. The room was immaculate and had a huge flat screen tv. Breakfast was fine and extremely convenient. Would definitely stay tjere again.
I was reluctant for a minute being that I didn't know the area. But I must tell you, it was a wonderful relaxing stay. My husband & my two boys loved the pool. I loved the peace & quiet. The breakfast was excellent, fresh every morning.
Every staff member was courteous and helpful! The room was nice and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The pool, although connecting to the front lobby, wasn't very loud even with customers using the facilities. The breakfast had a lot of options and was well stocked with an assortment of food, and staff continually checked and cleaned tables to ensure an appealing environment. We would stay here again.
I was hoping to enjoy my stay after driving in from California,but arrived at 1:00 pm and was told,No rooms ready,come back at 3:00 pm(our check-in time).This is the first time in 60 years I could not check-in upon arrival.I was told There was a late check-out and my room was not ready,but they would put it first on a list.I came back at 2:50pm and heard the lady in line infront of me being told her room was not ready either.I had an oil change and a bight to eat ,and was REALY ready to rest.(It was 87 degrees outside so I waited with my poor pet in the car with the engine on )My room was still not ready! I finally got in around 3:10.
I ran a bath and found a large wad of hair in the tub.All else went well,better luck next time.
Also the room did not get dark at night....
