Very friendly front desk and clean rooms. Great place to stay with a pet since there is plenty of grass to walk around in. Would definitely stay here again if necessary. The pool/hot tub area was very clean and well kept.
I went on a much needed weekend time away with the wife and it was a very relaxing weekend. We were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the room was and also how quiet it was. We will return when we need another break for a weekend or even for travel. I would recommend the hotel as a very reasonable and comfortable place for your money.
Stayed here for only one night but was happy with my experience here. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub which were in the courtyard were nice (open until 10pm I believe). Close to some restaurants and gas stations, not too far from the airport so pretty convenient overall. My room was slightly larger than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable. They have continental breakfast which is always a plus. Overall I'd recommend for the value.
My daughter and I traveled out to the Phoenix area to take in some spring training. My wife came along to enjoy a little R&R. Our initial impression based off the road front, was quickly elevated once we checked in and surveyed the grounds and room. The room was decent, nothing over the top, no problems either. The courtyard and pool area was beautifully landscaped. There were minimal kids there, so the pool area was quiet and relaxing. The daily room service was a little slow, towels were refreshed late in the afternoon. Breakfast was very basic, but adequate. keeping food stocked was a problem a few times during the 5 days we stayed there. There was grocery store and a target with in a couple of blocks. overall we were very pleased. The only real negative for me is that pets are allowed, which probably a positive for most people.
We had stayed at Camelback Sahara "Hotel" for our first night in Phoenix and had the worst and filthiest experience anyone could have ever had with a so called "hotel" which I would surely call it a 1 star MOTEL. Not only did we did not get a single min of shut eye due to the raging party going on til 3am, but we were put into the dirtiest and most run down room for $100 a night! Fecal matter and dried blood was on the beds and walls, and it was completely disgusting.
We cancelled our second night stay there and I booked this La Quinta Inn in hopes of attaining a room. Thank God Amber, who picked up the call was able to get me in one of their King Bed rooms and she did a price match with the code I found online. She was also very sympathetic to what happened to my husband and I at the horrible "hotel" the previous night, and she was able to let us do a check-in early due to our emergency circumstance.
I honestly owe it to this place and their employees for being so sweet and polite and getting us a room (esp during baseball spring training season which I am sure it is their busy time of the year).
So THANK YOU SO MUCH! You guys literally...saved our weekend. I will definitely book here again!
