Hotel is conveniently located near all the freeways which was a big plus for me.
Enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning as well as the high speed internet which always worked. Big two things I look out for in a hotel stay.
Staff was friendly and professional.
I actually live only moments from this motel but do not have much privacy as I share an apartment with my 19 year old son. So Once a month or so I take a weekend stay-cation at the Quality Inn. The staff is great, the continental breakfast is the best I've had at any mid price motel and the pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful clean and wonderful! I love my home away from hoe at Quality in Arcadia:)
My stay was very nice. My family were all treated with respect by all who work at the Hotel. The staff went out of their way to make it a great experiance. I would suggest to anybody who has ever had a bad experiance at any other hotel to try Arcadia Phoenix.They will treat you the way you deserve to be treated.
Being that we attend Memorial Day Services in Phoenix at the St. Francis Memorial Cemetery, we looked for a motel nearby. Finding La Quinta to be in close proximity, we booked the La Quinta at 4727 E. Thomas Rd. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have been returning to the LQ for 10 years. Though getting older, the motel is well maintained, beds are very comfortable and in good condition, frig, micro, and coffee makers in every room, nice pool and fountain in the courtyard, excellent price, and a great breakfast included. Now where else could you find a night so right?
Pool was very nice. Wish they had Yogurt at Continental breakfast. Room was nice, Internet connection good, beds comfortable, large closet, they upgraded me to a pool view at no extra charge. About 3 miles from Children's hospital, and Arizona Heart Hospital of off Hwy 51 and East Thomas.
