A La Quinta traveler |
I was surprised that this hotel could be so quite yet so near by interstate 10. Over all very clean and efficient. Good breakfast and speeded check in and out. I will start using La Quinta more often in the future.
I was at the hotel last 06-06-13 and it was a desapointment.
although the room was clean. it was very small, the bathroom was super small,
the very bad thing ,IT HAD BED BUGS, BED BUGS, , I was to be there for 3 days. we left the following day, after letting the clerk know about it. I had about 6 BITES.
There are several La Quintas in El Paso; TripAdvisor reviews indicated this is one of the better ones. I agree. Our room was clean and comfortable and the price reasonable. Breakfast was typical La Quinta, OK but nothing special.
We stay at La Quinta because they accept dogs and provide WiFi (no fees), and often - as here - have smokiung rooms. This hotel is particularly nice since it the closest we have foud to the Steak House at Indian Cliffs - a great way to start a trip (shared Porterhouse). Also close to nice alternates (we went to Landry's this trip due to a rain storm in the area). Also good TV channel selection and restful beds!
I read other reviews before booking and based my decision on the location and previous ratings. I have stayed at another La Quinta close by this location and it was not kept as well or as updated as this location. The room was very clean as was the breakfast area. Everything was very well maintained. For the price, I was impressed and plan to stay again when in town.
