The staff, especially Elizabeth, will make you feel welcome at this hotel. You'll find that you'll receive five star service at three star prices. The only thing I didn't like, there were no Danish pastry for breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel several times to visit family. I keep going back because it is affordable for my family while getting good quality service. I highly recommend Baytown East Laquinta. They have a nice continental breakfast, an outdoor pool. The rooms are much nicer than other hotels. The beds are soft and clean and the whole room is kept very clean!!

***** We give LaQuinta @ Baytown East 5 out of 5! My husband and I visit the Baytown area several times each year to visit family in the area. This was the first time we have stayed at LaQuinta. We will stay there from now on. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nicer than other hotels in the same price range have. The room was also clean and although this isn't the newest hotel, it had a more comfortable feel, --it suited our particular requirements.

I went home originally to hit up the annual Zydeco Festival held in Crosby, Texas. This was a road trip and Crosby and Baytown are not far across the Texas state line from Louisiana. I made the reservation because La Quinta has spoiled me with their Inns and Suites properties. La Quinta has two properties on the same feeder, one is an original La Quinta Inn which is cool in a pinch but if I can get next level quality, i'm going for that. Thank you AAA for membership privileges! So LaQuinta bought out the Beaumont Inns and are able to give their customers the next level service. Since it's a former hotel of another line of hotels, the inside looks a tad different but it's cool. In my travels this weekend, I did see other properties further up I-10 that look to be authentic/original properties so I may visit those next time. Since i'm a returns guest, i was able to upgrade to a room with a fridge and microwave which came in handy for my snacks and the property does not have room service but the property is located near a plethora of restaurants and other stores. FYI, the walls are a tad thin. The breakfast is the basic "make-your-own" waffles with fruit, juice, yogurt, bagels. It was cool. If you need a spot to crash, this is a good one!
