Dirty, hostile, environment. People hanging at the door, feeling uneasy. No one at the desk was even slightly friendly. The driveway busted up concrete. Elevator dirty with cigarette butts in the floor. Carpets in hallway and rooms, nasty. Would never stay there again.
I don't think the management knows what clean is.
Room was large in size but in need of a deep clean. Stained carpet, walls in bathroom stained, strong smoke smell! It was supposed to be a non smoking room, it also had a ash tray in the room.Thank goodness I could open the window or we would have left. Halls and elevator dirty! Breakfast area is off the lobby selection of food was typical of LA Quinta. Walls and cabinets in breakfast area stain and dirty. They vaccum but that's about it. Staff was friendly. Dog friendly hotel.
My wife and I stayed two nights at LaQuinta Inn, Little Rock at Rodney Parham Road.
We were completely satisfied with our accommodations and staff. The room was clean and we especially liked the bed cover. No heavy bedspread. It was a pleasure to have all bed items smelling and looking clean! We always stay at this LaQuinta while in Little Rock, and are always satisfied. Often take our dog and that it is most convenient for us that dogs are allowed..
My daughter was having surgery at a nearby hospital. I needed a hotel which would allow my little poodle to stay during my trips to seee her. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. I never felt afraid or threatened even when I walked my dog at 3:00 a.m. I will reccommend this hotel anytime anyone I know needs a room in Little Rock. I will stay there again if I ever need to stay overnight in Little Rock again. My family will stay here when they have to be overnight in Little Rock. In other words: good place to stay!
I have stayed at this motel several times because it accepts pets. If I had not been in town for a dog show, I would not have stayed there. The parking lot had beer cans and a small amount of other trash in it. The lobby floor tiles need steam cleaning. The breakfast area trash can had food smeared on the lid. The room itself was fairly clean though the carpet had red stains in several places. The side stairwells through which we walked to take the dogs in and out were full of leaves. The motel room door would not open from the inside without several tries. Other factors were more positive. This location has interior doors that offer a better level of safety, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were quite clean. I just wish the same level of cleaning attention had been provided to other areas.
