We have stayed a numerous La Quintas and NEVER had problems like we did with this one ! We were on our way home from FL and this was an overnight stay with a coupon which stated all rooms had a micro & refrig. Checkin was ok but when we got to the room..no micro or fridge ! So I went back to front desk and she said the coupon was wrong, that some rooms had micros & fridges but you had to ask at checkin and they didn't have a room available. So while my hubby was gone out to the car and to also stop by and get coffee and cups which weren't in the room. I went back to the room, and that is when I saw dog nails all over the carpet by the bed ! YUCK and disgusting. The desk clerk had talked about a dog show that was in town the week before. So I went back down to tell her we needed another room or a refund when she suddenly found a room with a micro and fridge she would change us to. It was on the same floor and upon inspection, there was no dog nails in the carpet but there was also no micro and fridge. Hubby was tired from drivng and said let it be. Next morning I could not get the coffee pot to work in the room ,so hubby went to the breakfast room for coffee. Easier to do this than complain the pot in the room didn't work. When he came back he stated he thought this hotel was independantly run and I will not say by whom, but I did tell hubby that watch and see how pitiful breakfast would be ! The only fruit was oranges..no bananas for cereal, only powdered donuts for pastries and they were old. ONE set of tongs to use for toast etc. waffle batter seemed to be watered down...very runny. It made a soggy waffle. Milk was not kept on ice. Upon check out the manager asked how things were and I told him first about the coffee pot not working , he said I should have called and told them..who in the morning wants to wait on a coffee pot fix ? I then proceeded to tell him about the dog nails, the no micro and fridge. He said ,"oh your room has them", I said "no it doesn't". He said "did you look in the closet," I said "yes we did , there was none". He said "wait a minute", and left me waiting while he looked !!!!!!!!! Then came back and said his key wouldn't work, but gave me a whopping 10% off for my trouble !! DO NOT STAY here there are better places !

I and my wife stayed at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Newna Ga, We made our reservation a few days before our arrival, everything was great. We stayed here just to get away for a few days, As we was walking into the doors we noticed how clean it smelled, and the smile that we was greeted with was very refreshing, we was checked in right away everything was ready for us when we arrived, the Front Desk Clerk seemed to know a lot about the area she was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the different restaurants and thing to do around in the area, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, We also had a good breakfast before leaving for the day, It was a very pleasant stay we will return again.And I also want to thank La Quinta Inn & Suites for being a pet friendly Hotel, next time we will bring our pup.

My family and I stayed at LaQuinta in Newnan,GA for over a month we absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were wonderful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great my kids loved having the waffle's. The staff was very heplful and made sure we alway's had what we needed. It was a wonderful experience and I would alway's recommend a friend or family to stay and see why we enjoyed our stay so much!!!!

My wife told me I couldn't say anything to the girl at the front desk, but I had to tell someone. So I'm writing this review. When we came in to check in we found the manager sitting at a table in the lobby with her back to us. We were 5 people with luggage, there is no way she couldn't have noticed us. She finally turns around and tells us someone will be with us, as she is walking away to get someone. A minute later a young girl probably in her early twentys runs up apologizing for the wait. She was really pregnant. That's not the problem. I don't mind waiting for a pregnant girl, she is holding a precious life inside of her. What shocked me is that she told us she was outside smoking! And she didn't see us come in. Smoking and pregnant! Wow

The positive: The front desk clerk was so sweet. Her pleasant smile and personality made the stay a lot easier. Everything else: my room was on third floor, after getting up to my room at 9pm, found out my air conditioner didn't work. The front desk clerk did allow me to keep my stuff in there (instead of carting everything downstairs and upstairs again) she put me in the room right next door, so not biggie. The bed were clean but uncomfortable. I had two double beds and tried to switch between them but both beds stunk, you could feel the bed springs in one of them, ugh. The tv was old, old, old. Reception was bad, and the wifi really bad. Could not even get good reception on my phone, texts were not being sent or received. Fast forward to a very early morning, went to shower, and no not water. Because it was 6 am I took a cold shower in a bathtub that didn't drain (yuck). The room was generally clean. There was an abundance of construction people that slammed a lot of doors and smoked to close to the outside exits, a fee liked to walk around the halls without a shirt, which i do not find acceptable, but they didn't bother you. I would not stay here again.
