Appearance of lobby needs a full redo. Breakfast area cut up and very unappealing. During the breakfast time counters were not kept cleaned up or wiped off, very messy. No one at the front desk several times when I went there to return my keys and with a question. Room appears to have been redone recently and was clean.
Sara and Michelle were awesome. I had a horrible experience at the hotel next door, but was greeted and welcomed, with my dog, with courtesy and respect. Everything was just as you would expect for a quick night's stayover: clean, efficient, decent continental breakfast at affordable price. Wish other chains were as reliable. The lesson--stick with what you know - La Quinta delivers.
This hotel is right off 1-70 and may be a bit hard to find if you don't have the address. It was very clean and the outside doesn't do it justice. One of the hotel employees said they have 24 hr security and we did see law enforcement driving through the parking lot several times. The breakfast is typical of LaQuinta and had an assortment of things. However, not too many tables to sit at and would be a problem if the hotel was full. Rooms were updated and clean. It's a good stopover and the price was right. Staff was friendly. We just stayed one night while passing through but would stay there again. No problems.

We have a large group that go to the Indy 500 in Indianapolis every year last year we tried this hotel LaQuinta Inn East in Indianapolis Indiana, This hotel was Awesome for the price and everything! Free Breakfast was awesome, the hotel decorated for the Indy 500 race, the rooms were clean and comfortable, they even had a free after the race bbq.. First class act.. I just book for next year! The staff was warm and friendly went out of their way to please you.. Recommend Staying Here!!

This is one of really nice stays we've had taking our dog out of town with us. The rooms are large and nicely furnished, good linens and towels, very friendly staff on duty during the day time. There is a nice little courtyard that is well landscaped and with large trees that separates the two wings of the hotel and a nice place to sit outdoors when you've just been inside for too long. Although close to the hiway, it was quiet and we didn't hear any road noise at all. Their breakfast is adequate. There is no refrigerator or microwave which can be handy, and the bathroom was very small, but other than that I would definitely stay here when in Indianapolis travelling with a dog. Location is convenient to 96th Street on the north in about 15 minutes and travelling to the west side of town was only about 20 minutes on I70.
