If there is anything 'bothering' you, bring it to the manager right away. Don't let it brew in you. The employees are soooo accomodating. They got us a fridge for our room that did not come with a fridge. They have extremely welcoming pet policies. The pool was extremely clean.
Ive stayed at this location several times for business and I've never had an issue. Staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are always clean and nice. They have a free breakfast that starts at 6:30am and has a decent selection. There is a Panera, Burger King and several other places to eat within walking distance.
This was a nice hotel but some of the other guests were sketchy (girl getting arrested two doors down or group arguing in the outside area) I would recommend the place. The free breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. There is a Panera walking distance from the hotel. In the same shopping center is MOO MOO one of the best frozen yogurt places in town.
I wanted to write this review to let you know how great the level of service is at this location. My house was being tented for termites and I have two cats. I had to be out of the house be out by 11 am and had no where to go to with my cats. I called the location and without any hesitation or push back I was able to check in early instead of the 3pm check in time. No additional fees to me.
This is our second stay at this hotel. It is located close to our daughters apartment and since we had our grandaughters with us we needed a little more room to stay and a place where they could unwind. The pool is hughe and one of the best around pluse the hotel is only five minutes from some great beaches. There are also plenty of restaurants close by and its only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Ft. Lauderdale and a half hour from Miami. The only minor negative is the breakfast, which could use some additional hot items. The staff is exceptional and check in/out took less than 2 minutes. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Ft Lauderdale area.
