If you have a dog this hotel is great. It isn't ocean front but is conveniently located off the main highway and relatively close to beach. It's not fancy but it is clean with a great staff and a nice area to walk your dog.
I highly recommend.
This was our first stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites. We were VERY impressed with the quality of the rooms and the friendly staff.......especially Ora who offered to help us in any way at the free breakfast area. We had our 2 dogs with us, and the accomodations for dogs was superior. We'll tell all of our friends to stay at La Quinta!
A pet friendly motel....which for us was very nice. It does seem like pet owners are more friendly people, less stressed etc. Bonnie at the night desk was super! Very helpful. Get a free appetizer coupon from the front desk. The rooms are tired and the maid service is not the best, but I would certainly stay there again.
Stayed at the La Quinta in Myrtle Beach on 48th. It is a nice place, and the staff is super friendly. it was clean, and the rooms were nice too. The breakfast was good.
The location is decent. It is on the main drag, but a mile or two from all the main attractions, which could be a pro or a con, depending on what you want. I thought it was great. The beach was a short walk away... maybe 7 minutes walking. And the beach there was nice and quiet. It was a good spot for me.
La Quinta's are hit or miss. This one is a good one.
I really like staying here at 48th Ave. North Kings Hwy Myrtle Beach SC .The staff was so polite in helping my stay be as comfortable as it could ever been being away from home.This is what I call a home away from home..I have to give props to what they offer customers. Larry C.
