We stayed here for 3 nights with our dog, we had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were spacious and clean,beds were so comfortable. Our room was on the 4th floor right by the elevator and stairs and it was so quiet. Breakfast was good and they had a nice variety of items to choose from. Check in and out was fast and smooth and all employees were very nice. I have no complaints at all and would stay here again. Oh and they also supplied doggie waste pick up bags and trash on the property as well which helped if you don't have your own bags.
The front desk personnel were extremely helpful. I definitely recommend the two room suites. We had 3 children & our dog and still had enough room where we were not on top of each other. Breakfast each day was perfect! The area was always clean & continually stocked.
La Quinta always welcomes our two cats as well as my husband and I. We searched for a long time to find a good chain that takes cats and we have been very happy with La Quinta. We like their cancelation policy because more than once it turned out that we couldn't reach the hotel at a reasonable hour and the staff at La Quinta are very patient and helpful with a change. Otherwise the hotels are clean, climate control is easy and they are near interstate interchanges which is very convenient as we travel from Florida to Maine and back each Spring and Fall. My husband and I always stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites when we travel with friends or family. They are very clean friendly and go over and above to make your stay fantastic!!!Now all our family and friends joined the La Quinta Inn & Suites rewards program and are staying at La Quinta anywhere they go now for Vacation or just a weekend away. We are staying in August 2013 when we take our children and grandchildren to Kings Island Cincinnati Ohio will not stay in any other hotel when we travel for pleasure.

This was the best hotel overall that I have ever stayed at for the price. The rooms were awesome and so was the staff. l will recommend to all my business associates and friends that need a place to stay in Charlotte!
