Staff very helpful and nice. Room very clean Bathroom clean but tub dirty and stained. Some Clorox would solve the problem real quick. Bedspread had dog hairs on it. I do not like sleeping with other dogs. Air conditioner did not get very cold.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff were friendly, caring and helpful. The Space and Rocket Center is near buy so I highly recommend it to family members who are escorting a child to camp. There is so much to do in Huntsville and the surrounding areas and this hotel makes it convenient and affordable.

We were in Columbia for a wedding. The staff was some of the friendliest and most accommodating people I have ever met. I truly wish they were at every hotel where I stayed. Also the quality of the accommodations was great. We loved the room and the breakfast and the free Wi-Fi. Thank you for an excellent and enjoyable experience during a special time in our life!

I was amazed at the quality and cleanliness of this motel. The only slight concern was that on Saturdays their breakfast starts at 7:00 instead of 6:00, but w hen I expressed my concern they had it ready at 6:00!!! And they have coffee and tea ready all the time

I have not stayed at a LaQuinta Inn for a very very long time. This was a very bad stay for me. I saw so many dogs at this hotel real big ones and real small ones. I really do like dogs I just don't like to sleep with them or in a room that really has had them sleep in there before. So I prefer hotels that limit where they allow the rooms with pets. I'm not going to go into what happen with my stay, since the manager was very quick to apologize and take care of my stay. However, lets just say I was not happy with the cleanliness of the last person to clean the room. This hotel was rated a 3 star by one of the hotels online travel sites. I booked buy a special 3 star and gamble came up with LaQuinta Inn. They were wrong with their rating on this hotel. I totally disagree it should be a 2.5 or less only because they seem to be a very huge Pet Friendly hotel chain and there was no pool nor fitness room. I only stayed one night and my dad counted 8 dogs. The front desk clerk informed me that they try to keep the pets to the first floor, however when we went up to the second floor my dad went up with a dog and its owner. When I got to the room it did look like a 3 star hotel room. The room looked nice and clean. However, looks can be deceiving. The bed was very comfortable and sheets a nice grade. I loved the desk space for wifi hook up and nice size tv. I did not like the room door our room it looked like someone could easily break into it for some reason did not sit against door jam like other room doors. I also told the front desk clerk to have the door chain lock fixed, because we were kind of stuck in room once it was locked. But I got the jam out. Hot Breakfast in the morning - thanks to the working waffle maker, but sadly no meat items. No one had their dog in that area Thank God. I notice a computer for internet access which is nice. Front desk personnel were very responsive and helpful. If you take your pets on trips with you, you will find this to be a 3 star hotel. However, if you don't you will rate it a 2.5 and .5 is only because the room is so nice like a 3+ star room. One problem with the comfortable bed is that it did shake quite a bit when someone else in the room walked around. I thought that was different, not as stable as I'm use to but still comfortable. The manager is very good at this hotel as she took care of my concern A+ for showing forth Great Customer Service!
